Robert Parker i Wine Advocate 169 Feb 2007:
"Another up-and-coming but little known estate from the Cotes du Ventoux, this could well be one of the next hot cult wines from Provence given the quality of this release. A blend of 75% Grenache and the rest Syrah, Carignan, and Cinsault, the wine has a deep ruby/purple color, a natural savory mouthfeel with terrific ripeness, soft but noticeable tannins in addition to plenty of Provencal herbs, pepper, and meaty black cherry and black currant fruit notes. The wine is a beauty, and should age nicely for 5-6 years. Drink 2007 - 2013".

"The wine has a deep purple robe, an intense and elegant nose of dark candied fruits, camphor and dried flowers. The structure is concentrated, ripe, smooth and perfectly balanced. A wine full of character, to be aged for 5 years or more."
